The process of organizing a contest is quite simple: choosing a logo from the proposed options, working with the settings to clarify preferences and selecting a color scheme. It also requires writing a brief, attaching images and selecting the type of contest for subsequent payment.

The quality of work submitted can vary and this is worth considering. Our experience has shown that some entries are similar to each other or are minimally edited copies.

Evaluating the proposed designs will help other designers and reflect your preferences. We received over 40 submissions in 5 days and filtered them down to the most suitable options.

Despite some challenges in choosing a logo and some limitations in the process, 99designs provides ample opportunities to commission different types of designs.

Because of the desire to avoid references to the "planet" theme, I had to act differently. Instead of choosing one myself, I decided to organize a survey among my colleagues. However, my preferred logo turned out to be the leader in this case as well.

I chose this logo (by Jatmiko from 99designs. Great work!) and asked for a few simple edits to the text. After that, I made the final selection of the winner.

One of the key points I always mention in my reviews of design services is the ability to save projects before payment. With 99designs it is not only possible, but also quite easy.

Managing the contests themselves is also easy thanks to the step-by-step customization system. You need to submit a brief, describe the desired logo style and colors, and add "references" - images for reference.

Before you get started, it's important to have a general idea of what you want to achieve. New ideas may come up during the contest process, but it's best to prepare in advance.
